The Department of Children and Families suspended this child care provider from the Wisconsin Shares program due to red flags that signified Shares violations and the results of a comparison between collected attendance records and hours billed. The red flags were identified through data and in person visits.
During a visit by Department of Children and Families licensors during the afternoon of September 25, zero second shift children had arrived as of 3:35pm. Attendance records indicated consistent arrival of second shift children at 3pm. Provider had previously received citations from licensors related to the maintenance of attendance records on April 9, 2009 and May 15, 2009.
