Wisconsin Youth Services

Group of 8 youths

Wisconsin aims to improve outcomes for youth in the child welfare and youth justice systems and other vulnerable youth. Specifically, the Department of Children and Families supports service delivery systems that move youth ages 12-21 towards academic success, safe and stable housing, employment, permanent connections with supportive adults, and healthy lifestyle behaviors.

No matter which system “door” a youth enters, DCF strives to support a coordinated and comprehensive response to provide the support needed to fulfill its youth-driven vision that “all youth have the tools to thrive in adulthood.”
